The following shipping methods are available:
- Free Shipping (5–10 business days) on minimum orders of $50 USD and over
- First Class Mail (3-6 business days)
- Priority (2 to 3 business days)
- International (Transit time determined by distance, foreign customs regulations & local laws)
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that all suggested delivery times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED (Except Priority Mail Express). Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Also note that business days do not include weekends or holidays and there is no weekend or holiday delivery for any shipping methods. Some items cannot be shipped using Priority Express method due to delivery address. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO.
All non-express orders received by 11:00 AM PST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders received on Friday after 11:00 AM (PST) will ship the next business day (on Monday, unless it is a Post Office Holiday). Cut off time for Express delivery orders to be shipped the same day is 10:30 AM (PST).
Free Shipping (50 US States Only):
Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 5 – 10 business days depending on delivery location. Only available with a minimum purchase of $50 USD and over. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2 – 3 days for delivery.
First Class Package:
First Class Mail will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 AM (PST) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive in 2-6 business days, depending on delivery location. For example, orders shipped to California may be delivered in 1 to 2 business days, whereas the orders shipped to some east coast states may be delivered closer to 5 or 6 business days. All the rates for first-class mail delivery are generated in real time by the United States Post Office (USPS.com) and shown to you during the checkout process. We do not add surcharges to the live USPS shipping rate. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully.
Priority Mail will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 AM (PST) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 2 to 3 business days (may arrive sooner in California). Orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST) will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive within 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully.
Priority Mail Express (Overnight):
Priority Mail Express delivery is only available to our customers within the United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 10:30 AM (PST) on a business day, and should arrive within 1 business day (however, for some remote locations, it can take 2 business days). Orders placed after 10:30 AM (PST) will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive on the next business day. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully. Orders placed on Friday before 10: 30 AM (PST) will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday, unless the Monday is a holiday). We do not offer weekend or holiday delivery for this shipping method.
We use DHL Express to ship all International Orders and offer a flat fee for this shipping method. The international delivery timing differs from country to country. Usually packages are in flight for 1 to 3 days for most locations. We do not charge extra taxes or other fees for orders shipped to international destinations. However, please be sure to contact your local and customs authorities to learn about any fees, taxes, charges or regulations they may apply, when importing a product, before ordering the product online. If for any reason, the product is not allowed in the country and is sent back to us, we will issue a full refund (excluding the shipping charges) towards the credit card account used to make your purchase upon receiving and processing the product at our shipping facility. We do not charge restocking fees. However, if the product was held in the country of destination and neither delivered, nor returned to us due to customs restrictions or legal issues, no refund will be issued. Please be sure to check with your local customs agency before ordering.
All domestic shipping rates are generated automatically by USPS.com and may vary from location to location. International orders will be shipped via DHL International delivery service for a flat fee based on specific country location. You will be able to review the shipping rates before your order is completed and the payment is applied.
